What advanced educators and pedagogues think of a good kinder garden – an inspiring children’s place with suitable materials and teachers using play way methods is our best vision for our Kinder Garden education. The German word Kinder Garden means a garden for children; children - same like plants - should be treated according to their needs.

Every soul has a special destination for the life on earth; the kinder garden teacher's duty is not only to teach A, B, C, but as well to try finding out the destination of this special child. What are his/her likes/dislikes, what are his/her strengths/weaknesses, how is the interaction with others, what are his/her dreams? The kinder garden teacher has to observe carefully the children in the daily life and communicate accordingly.

A sunflower is a sunflower and will never become a rose...

This statement we can use accordingly for children. Some children are shy, others not. Some are introverts, others are extroverts. Why is it like that? Of course the parents shape the children, but are they equal when they are born? We have to find out their special destination in this life - starting in the kinder garden! The school should support these souls to fulfill their destination by giving the necessary skills to them. Improving the kinder garden education is a permanent issue for the us.

In March 2009 a colored kinder garden booklet with more than 40 different games - played by our children on the school premises - was presented to the public as a motivation for teachers, parents, educationists and facilitators to use play way methods.
