Working Contract for Teachers
Mission
We can survive in peace and harmony only with Mother Earth, our fellow human beings, plants and animals. The students should become loving, independent and creative personalities able to earn their livelihood in a responsible and self sustainable way respecting the environment and practising human values.
Vision
Love and appreciation are the highest aims in our pedagogy. Our teachers should be dedicated to teaching with head, heart and hands. Besides Telugu, Hindi, English, Mathematics, Social and Science topics like art and handworks, yoga and sports, gardening and growing up plants, caring for animals and forming the school area are practised at our Creative Nature Concept School. Play way methods and experiences are fundamental in our education. Projects should replace step by step the traditional methods.

ii) take care of teaching aids, books and other materials
iii) attend school trainings and meetings
iv) be decent about students, other teachers and the school in the public
v) practise non violence in word and action
3) Duties and Responsibilities of the School towards the teacher
The teacher
a) receives his salary in the first week of the next month
b) receives two days leave with pay every month
c) receives professional development training
d) receives a school uniform
e) has use of teaching aids, books and materials according to the school rules
f) In case of damage/loss of materials salary will be taken according to the cost
4) Probationary Period
a) The teacher has a probationary period of …………. months. He should show a good performance within this time
b) The teacher should question the headmaster if there are any doubts about teaching methods, materials and settings
